Your Best & Your Worst

Winner wants the best of you...Looser wants the worst of you; Your loved ones cheer the best of you and wake you from your worst ^^

Winner wants the best

If we are surrounding by the winners, the winners always want us to bring up the best in us, motivating us to perform and unleash the best. Try our best and live the best in us. Because they been there and they are there now, so they know everything is possible to achieve, they know how is "Best" looks like.

Looser wants the worst

The looser do not wants to see the best because they afraid the best, they are avoiding success subconsciously, they jealous if they see you perform, the best in you will make them feel small and insecure, and most importantly, they have never been their best, so reaching the peak is impossible.

We must always be consciously aware of whom we are mixing with. If we think this is our best, we have to look around us. Who are surrounding us? Are they the people we like to be? Are they the people we want to be with? Look into our past, what are the activities that you've involved before? Were you at your best or worst? Who were you with during the activities?

We may think is unfair to judge our surrounding, but the fact is the people and the environment are shaping who we are today. Like it or not, we have to be consciously aware of who are we being with and where are we.

Loved ones cheering and reminding the worst

Those who love you will love to see you in your best, they will tear for your success, hug for your happiness and always bless the best in you. They will take the risk of being hate by you reminding you or even scold you when they see the worst in you, because they have faith in you, because they know how you look when you are in your best. Appreciate your loves one when they pointing out your weaknesses because this is where you are one step closer reaching your best.

With here I am dedicating this to my mom & dad, my sisters and my brothers, my children, my friends. I know when you pointed out my worst is because you want to see the best in me ^^ Love you...

Life Is About Choices

Life is about choices...choices of how you want to live your life, for yourself or to live for others? If your daily emotion is controlling by others, is time for you to ask "Whom do I live my life for? For Me or For Them?" and tell yourself "Is For Me! I choose my own emotion" ^^

In many occasions, we see people get angry or upset easily by the action of others, living their life day by day with anger and frustration. We only live our life for once, every second gone is gone, we will not have another same minute while you are reading this, when I'm writing this, the date is July 26th 2010, when today gone, will be gone no matter how we trying to stop it. So why waste energy and time for something not gonna create value in our life?

I've been consciously living my life with this as a reminder. Of course, I'm not saint and I do get my emotion roller coast whenever they like but at least I know where I am and how I can be better. I do not control or suppress any down or negative feelings when they strike, because I have to admit the Universe's power, what goes up must come down and vice versa. but I do watch out the period. If I really have to be angry or sad or down, I'll give myself 20minutes, 30 minutes, an hour or a day. I believe to acknowledge all my emotions without against the law of universe is the easiest way to live my life which I want it to be and it helps me tremendously.

When I'm upset, these are the questions I'll usually ask myself:-

1/ Do I really need to? Is the person/thing worth my energy?

If no...I'm not gonna waste time on it; If yes, I'll ask how long do I need.

2/ Why is this happen? is me or others?

If me...I'll reflect and review myself and make sure I'll change for better;

If others...I'll see is the person worth to give another chance.

So often we are standing inside the circle but trying to control everything outside the circle. We can't control or change others, but surely we are able to start from ourselves. Of course it is not easy, if we find controlling or changing our own self is difficult, what make us think that we can control or change others? But good news is life is a learning ground, we have everyday in life to learn to become better while we are still breathing ^^

I have been telling myself..."When God wanna give me something great, he will keep giving me challenges until I'm good"...but at times I ask...I just wanna settle for less so I do not need to face anymore challenges.

In life we always keep searching for something better and most of the time we didn't realize we already found what we are looking for, or we simply do not need the best but needed what completes us.

Fxxx...I locked everything in my car after my jog....and now calling SOS!!! my neigbour's computer, wifi and handphone :s

So many nites I cried, so I can smile when tomorrow comes...So many ways I tried, so I hv no regret when I look back...So many dreams I hv, so I know I am living my life...

I am not necessary to have ability to see weakness in others but I must be able to see weakness in myself..seeing weakness in others does not change my life, but seeing weakness in myself will shape me. For things to change I must change first!

after a all seem wonderful&busy plan...what I' actually looking for is just a quiet solo weekend...

K...weekend starting tonite-salsa,tmr salsa/movie,Sat-waterfall+salsa(maybe if not too tired :p),Sun-jog+movies marathon... ^^
