I accept weakness in me because from weakness I'll discover my strength.
I accept stupidity in me because this is time when I'll learn from many wise.
I accept the weakness of others because I know it is in everyone, but I also remember their strength is far more greater than.
I accept the stupidity of others because I know learning is never-ending.
Never be proud if you are stronger, because weakness attacks the arrogance.
Never be arrogant if you are smart because stupidity loves the egoist.

Questions

You must constantly ask yourself these questions :
Who am I around?
What are they doing to me?
What have they got me reading?
What have they got me saying?
Where do they have me going?
What do they have me becoming?

Then ask yourself the big question :
Is that okay?

Share every memorable moments with them, let it be happy or sad moments.

Motivate them to stand up when they fall.

Surprise them with any possible unforgettable moments.

Color their life with love.

Encourage them to help others.

Teach them to live their life with passions.

Although looks like I have so much to teach, in fact, I've learned so much from them and I am still learning ^^

I just love my age (^.^)

I am 39 and I loving it!

All thought I keep saying 'Oh...Gosh...I'm getting there...I'm age...', in actual fact, I am really enjoying the process ^^

What do I love so much at my age now? A whole long list and still counting...

^_^ I'm greatful I have my three teenage kids being understanding and well behave, rebellious? maybe their mom ^^and they are healthy with right values.

^_^ I'm greteful my parents are healthy.

^_^ I'm grateful and enjoying the bonding with my da jie, xin, wee and fish.

^_^ I'm grateful I'm still have my super duper good old friends...&...&...&...&...super duper long list....

^_^ I'm grateful that I met many many beautiful and nice new friends and still adding...

^_^ I'm grateful that I've   realized my body is not as strong as 10 yrs back but I'm still fit enough to jog, swim, dance, salsa, rock climb & etc, and doing exercises that I like.

^_^ I'm grateful that I sleep well at night.

^_^ I'm grateful to those authors who willing to share their knowledge, experiences and wisdom through their books.

^_^ I'm grateful that I'm about to finish my MBA, what's next? Maybe Spanish, French, CFP, pottery, lamp work, Chinese art, GuZheng??? Huh...let it be anything, as long as I enjoy it...

^_^ I'm grateful that I've done my bungee jumping and love the feeling of free fall

^_^ I'm grateful that I'm begin to discovering the other 2/3 of the underwater world.

^_^ I'm grateful that I've been to many places that I love.

Six Happiness Tips

Advice from Tal Ben-Shahar

* 1. Give yourself permission to be human. When we accept emotions — such as fear, sadness, or anxiety — as natural, we are more likely to overcome them. Rejecting our emotions, positive or negative, leads to frustration and unhappiness.

* 2. Happiness lies at the intersection between pleasure and meaning. Whether at work or at home, the goal is to engage in activities that are both personally significant and enjoyable. When this is not feasible, make sure you have happiness boosters, moments throughout the week that provide you with both pleasure and meaning.

* 3. Keep in mind that happiness is mostly dependent on our state of mind, not on our status or the state of our bank account. Barring extreme circumstances, our level of well being is determined by what we choose to focus on (the full or the empty part of the glass) and by our interpretation of external events. For example, do we view failure as catastrophic, or do we see it as a learning opportunity?

* 4. Simplify! We are, generally, too busy, trying to squeeze in more and more activities into less and less time. Quantity influences quality, and we compromise on our happiness by trying to do too much.

* 5. Remember the mind-body connection. What we do — or don't do — with our bodies influences our mind. Regular exercise, adequate sleep, and healthy eating habits lead to both physical and mental health.

* 6. Express gratitude, whenever possible. We too often take our lives for granted. Learn to appreciate and savor the wonderful things in life, from people to food, from nature to a smile.

St.Ives Eye Gel

The intention when I purchased the product was meant for my eye treatment, later discovered that the ingredients like cucumber extracts and elastin are good for soothing and skin elasticity ^^ I decided to try it on my face as a moisturizer, surprisingly it gave me a great result. After using it for more than 2 weeks, my tiny oil spots reduced and less oily :) happy with the result and price is reasonably low (RM17.20, after a 20% discount from Caring Pharmacy). But too bad, they stop bringing in this product anymore :(
