Hearty Breakfast
Lately fall in love with this superb breakfast. Trust me...this is soooooo good I can have this breakfast for dinner too ;)
3 scoops oat (Awesome deal from Lifestyle speedycook - RM3.90 - 750g)
2 scoops organic wheat brain
1 table spoon chia seed
1 table spoon pine nut
2 table spoons pumpkin seed
2 table spoons walnut
1 banana
1 table spoon Sha's secret recipe honey
1 teaspoon condense milk
2 table spoons Farmers Union plain yogurt
High carbo, high fats but totally guilt free
* maybe should add 50cc protein powder to complete the full portion meal.
