I like to explore different ingredients mix with yogurt & ice cream and there are giving me many yummy surprises ^^
Here are some of my favorites...
* Yogurt + vanilla ice cream + green tea powder
* Yogurt + any fruits (especially taste great with grapes & banana)* Yogurt + skim milk + coffee/green tea powder
* Yogurt + ice cream + Nutella (but this is fattening :p )
* Yogurt + skim milk + banana + phsylium husk (this is very good for colon cleansing, without yogurt taste great too )
* Skim milk + banana + cornflakes ( this is a superb breakfast mix, is good to have it after a great morning workout. Replenishing Vitamin B, providing good protein & carbohydrate source to kick start a perfect day ^^)
I usually mix 3-4 table spoons of yogurt. Mixing with yogurt will give a little sourly taste, if do not like sours, can opt for less.
Brands I like
* Ice Cream - Nestle vanilla
* Yogurt - Farmer's Union Natural Yogurt, Sunglo
* Green tea powder - From any supermarket under Japanese food section.
* Skim Milk - Magnolia or any other brands you can get
* Coffee powder - So far happy with Davidoff ^^
