4As - The ABC of life

I shared these 4As in my Facebook live. Like to pen down hope can share with more who needed this sharing.

Awareness 觉察
Acceptance 接受
Alteration 改变
Adjustment 成果

Awareness is the most important but not the hardest. Majority of us aware about our situation, state of mind, where we are. The most dangerous is we have no awareness of ourself, our situation and surrounding, therefore, we became what we see, who we be with, whatever will be will be and reactive to anything not in our expectation.

Acceptance is the hardest step. Without acceptance, we will be living in denial, refuse to change, blame and justify. Only when we accept the situation of just is, acceptance of the weakness we see, we then receptive in learning and improve.

Alteration take place because we allow it to happen. Once accepted, ways to make adjustment will be so much easier. We became proactive to make progressive changes. The universe will put in its forces to help, to find ways, to provide resources that we need to make the change happened.

Achievement will follow eventually. Sometimes the achievement come so swiftly, we didn't even realize we became a better version.

So always allow the first thing to happen, are you aware? and next can you accept? 3rd, do you want to make the change? 4th, do your best and God will do the rest ❤
